Insurrection, obstruction of an official proceeding, and conspiracy to defraud the U.S. government will be leveled by January 6, Committee next week.
Additionally, a bill introduced by Pat Cippolini, in which the term “insurrection” is used -- would bar Trump from holding office under the restrictions imposed by the Fourteenth Amendment.
